100% Remote Operations Supervisor

Intelex LLC is actively looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee, manage, and rapidly grow our remote workforce. Your ultimate mission will be to scale our capacity to a target of 100 active agents who consistently log in for 8-hour daily shifts.

Requirements

What You Will Do:

• Execute Operations: Work directly alongside our Operations Manager to align daily actions with our broader strategic goals.
  
  
• Roster Management: Maintain an accurate database of active agents, executing our active roster policy that systematically removes and replaces any agent who remains inactive for two weeks.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily test calls with agents to ensure strict adherence to our QA guidelines.
  
  
• Performance Coaching: Provide immediate, constructive coaching to agents whenever complaints or QA issues arise.
  
  
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor agent schedules meticulously, ensuring strict adherence to daily 8-hour shifts.
  
  
• Financial Admin: Calculate, prepare, and submit the monthly minutes invoice for the operation.
  
  
• Onboarding & Compliance: Verify documentation for agents completing the onboarding process, communicate updates to the client, and maintain an organized track record of all compliance documents.
  

Benefits

Compensation & Earning Potential: This role features a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward you directly for the growth of your operation.

• Base Salary: $200 / month
  
• Performance Bonus: 1% of the operation's total gross monthly invoice.
  
• How to Qualify: The bonus structure unlocks as soon as you maintain more than 20 active agents (logging 8-hour shifts).
  

Target Earning Example (100 Agents): To give you an idea of the scale, the minimum monthly salary for a single agent completing full 8-hour shifts is $844.

• If you reach the target of 100 active agents, the minimum gross invoice generated is $84,400.
  
• At a 1% commission rate, your minimum bonus would be $844.
  
• Total Expected Minimum Salary at Target: $1,044 / month (plus further upside as the total gross invoice increases above the minimum).
