As a Pattern Designer, you will create beginner‑friendly amigurumi crochet patterns in the client’s brand style. You’ll work closely with their product design team, follow brand guidelines, and deliver patterns that are clear, fun, and easy to follow. This role is perfect for someone who loves amigurumi, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment.Responsibilities
- Sketch ideas for amigurumi crochet patterns
- Patterns to design will be determined by the client
- Design amigurumi crochet patterns based on color and yarn length constraints, the client’s brand design (and for licensed patterns, that brand’s design guidelines), and input from the Product Design team
- Write pattern design in a Google Doc according to the client’s style guide and templates
- Take photos and video of finished product from all angles to show the team for feedback
- Revise patterns until they pass pattern tester test
- Collaborative spirit and great presentation skills
- Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and laugh along the way
