1st Shift Shipping & Production Support

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Shipping & Production Support Team Member to join our team. This role is primarily based in our warehouse and dock areas, helping keep materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and is willing to learn and support multiple areas of our operation. While this position primarily supports material flow, warehouse, and dock activities, team members may also assist in production as business needs change.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (plus overtime as needed)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Receive, unload, verify, and organize inbound shipments
- Load outbound shipments accurately and on schedule
- Keep production supplied with materials and components
- Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory and material movement
- Communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates
- Support warehouse, dock, and production activities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Adapt to changing priorities and learn multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
