Key responsibilities:

• Participate in analyzing the current system by examining how training data is currently classified, identifying weaknesses, and understanding the team's actual needs
• Take part in designing practical solutions by proposing new ways to organize and store raw data that are simple to use and easy to maintain
• Provide support for the deployment of new processes by assisting the team in their implementation and ensuring that everyone understands how they work
• Contribute to verifying the proposed solutions by implementing them on a small scale, adjusting them based on feedback, and ensuring they function correctly
• Participate in training employees by helping them adopt new tools, answering their questions, and supporting them during the transition
• Contribute to data security by ensuring that the solutions implemented reduce the risks associated with the physical handling of archives

About you

• Technical and interpersonal skills: Analytical mindset, team spirit, communication. Ability to identify practical solutions to concrete problems, ability to support change with a pedagogical approach
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in quality, administrative management, or continuous improvement
• Languages: English (reading proficiency)
