Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the test engineering team responsible for PCBA testing processes.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of test procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement test strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test equipment, software, and processes.
- Work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams to identify and address any defects or inefficiencies in the testing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all testing activities.
- Manage the validation and calibration of testing equipment to maintain accuracy and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on PCBA testing in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and test operations.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA testing methodologies, equipment, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
