6458 - Engineering & Project Manager

Job Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant engineering operations.
• Responsible for overall engineering performance.
• Implement engineering operating budgets and plans.
• Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Contribute to broader factory management and operational improvements.
• Oversee capital projects, ensuring accurate financial justifications.
• Forecast capital needs and manage new product introductions (NPI).
• Identify emerging technologies aligned with business strategy.
• Set engineering cycle time improvement goals.
• Lead continuous process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain BOM, ERP system updates, and manage ECR/ECO changes.
• Assess and manage technical risks.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and time management.
• Prepare reports and manage necessary QMS documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Above 7 years related experience in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Management & Project management
