Job Description
- Developing, selling and executing business ideas and plans. Set clear annual, quarterly, monthly sales target and business building module with innovative ideas to bit Head quarter joint business plan target.
- Balancing sales funding for responsible categories for the best return of investment.
- Own business analysis, issue solution and gap closing plan.
- Building proactive engagement and positive relationship with customers and internal business partners.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor Degree or above, proficient in English writing and speaking.
- 3 years above Key Account Management in FMCG/3C related industry with strong business sense.
- Strong leadership and ownership to engage internal and external customer.
- Strong collaborating and social skills. Hardworking and innovative for winning.
- Category/customer insights and O2O/Ecom experience is helpful.
