Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Play a key role in understanding the objectives of the company for your assigned customers in Europe. These objectives include contributing to TEE Mid-Term plan and will include business development, profitability, as well respecting key topics: safety, compliance, quality, and information security.
The purpose of the role is to facilitate to sell of products at your assigned customers, working closely with the marketing team and product support group within your specific product line.
You will be expected to be technically competent and knowledgeable in this product field and have a good understanding of TEE products, Customers technology needs, technology roadmaps and TEE’s competitors.
You will deliver on an agreed yearly budget for Booking, Sales, Profit, and expenses as agreed with your manager and expected to work / help team with other any other tasks assigned by your manager.
You also develop a clear product sales strategy for market share growth of your product line in your region working closely with the team.
A key function will be to ensure accurate forecasts and technology roadmaps for your customers feeding this into the TEE/TEL group at regular intervals.
Regular Customer contact is mandatory to build solid relationships between TEE and its Customer’s and to gain a solid understanding of our Customers technical roadmaps
Your skills and experience
Educated to a Degree level in technology or business. Alternatively equivalent time in a job role to gain skills in these areas. Master’s in engineering or technology is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry
Familiarity with the technical operations of a Semiconductor fab, through time spent in process, marketing, and sales
Previous experience managing customer relationships and small teams, with a similar global organisation and customer profile and with a track record of positive results
Previous experience working in process, sales, or technical support or similar global business organisation with associated knowledge of the people and technology involved
Comfortable talking to technical decisions makers at the customer site
Understands and can discuss the specifications and needs for TEL equipment with Regional Customers
Demonstrable approach to problem solving and analysing new working methodologies to drive the business forward
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong capability in problem solving and verbal reasoning
Able to work with minimum supervision independently and under pressure and simultaneously manage and deliver complex customer priorities
Experience of working with multicultural teams, across multiple countries across Europe
Good knowledge of safety and other global industry standards
Fluent German and English language skills
Annual gross salary starting from 85.000€ depending on experience and skill level. Final compensation will be determined based on candidates experience and skills.
Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
