Account Manager/Affiliate Operations Manager
Gravira Group
Luck doesn’t happen. It accumulates.
At Gravira Group, we believe exceptional results are built through thousands of smart decisions, fast experiments and people who care enough to ask one more question.
That’s what Gravity of Luck means to us.
We’re building one of the fastest-growing iGaming products in Tier-1 markets, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and transparency to complex operational processes.
About Gravira Group
Gravira Group is a fast-growing international iGaming company focused on Canada and Tier-1 markets.
We build and scale our own products by combining Product, Acquisition, CRM, Payments, Engineering, Analytics and Operations into one high-performance system.
We move fast.
We make decisions based on data.
We trust ownership over bureaucracy.
As our Affiliate direction grows, we’re separating commercial acquisition from operational ownership and building a stronger operational foundation for the department.
Why this role exists
Affiliate growth creates more than new partnerships.
It creates more partner data, deal terms, payments, statuses, reports, follow-ups and dependencies between teams.
When this information is incomplete or inconsistent, small operational issues quickly become business problems.
Your mission is to make sure the operational side of Affiliate works accurately and predictably.
You’ll own partner data, reporting, documentation, follow-up control and internal affiliate processes, working closely with the Head of Affiliate, Affiliate Sales Manager, Finance, Analytics, Risk, Product and Marketing.
This is not a cold sales or partner acquisition role.
Your focus is making sure that once a partner enters the business, everything around that partnership is properly documented, tracked and visible.
What You’ll Own
Maintaining and updating partner data in NetHunt CRM.
Managing partner and deal information in Affilka.
Entering, verifying and updating affiliate data after partner negotiations.
Keeping partner statuses accurate and up to date.
Owning daily, weekly and monthly affiliate reporting.
Tracking payments, commissions, deal terms and follow-ups.
Reconciling information between NetHunt, Affilka, reports and internal documentation.
Monitoring missing information, inconsistencies and overdue actions.
Supporting partner onboarding from the operational side.
Controlling deadlines and preventing missed follow-ups or payment-related issues.
Maintaining clear and reliable operational documentation.
Identifying gaps in existing workflows and suggesting improvements.
Improving reporting, data structures, workflows and automation where possible.
What Success Looks Like

Partner information is accurate, complete and up to date.
NetHunt, Affilka, reports and internal documentation remain aligned.

Missing information and overdue actions are identified before they become problems.
Partner onboarding runs through a clear and predictable operational process.
Affiliate, Finance, Analytics, Risk, Product and Marketing teams have reliable information when they need it.
Less time is spent searching for data, correcting inconsistencies or chasing missing information.
Affiliate operations become more structured, transparent and scalable.
