Account Manager

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to support the company’s financial operations and client account management. The candidate must be familiar with foreign currency exchange calculations and able to handle multi-currency transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company accounts and maintain proper financial records

• Handle invoicing, payment tracking and account reconciliation

• Perform foreign currency exchange calculations and monitor exchange rate differences

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters

• Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing

• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Liaise with banks, auditors and external parties when required

• Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and transactions

• Support administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Strong understanding of foreign exchange calculations and multi-currency transactions

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Responsible, organized and able to work independently

• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary:
SGD 8,500 – SGD 15,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
