Account Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Proactively identify and solve client problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and improve service quality.

Requirements

Language requirements:

Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish (spoken and written).

Qualifications & skills:

• Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management (preferably in delivery/shipping/logistics).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
