Job Description
Area Overview:
The Large Account strategic segment has the primary responsibility of identifying and cultivating expansion opportunities for the company, focusing on prospecting clients with high potential. Its mission is clear: to drive sustained revenue growth through the active exploration of new markets, customer segments, and strategic business avenues.
This team operates in close collaboration with key departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, ensuring the effective execution of commercial strategies.
Additionally, the Commercial area is responsible for establishing and strengthening strategic relationships with private sector entities. The goal is to secure high-impact business and forge alliances that propel the company's expansion. Their contribution is crucial for the diversification of the client portfolio and positioning in strategic sectors.
Purpose of the role:
Ability to identify and close new business opportunities (hunter) and to maintain and grow relationships with existing strategic clients, meeting the assigned budget and managing a senior portfolio.
Foster the company's growth through the identification, development, and maximization of business opportunities with key clients and high-value prospects.
Deliverables:
Monthly and annual projections based on the assigned budget

Responsibilities of the role:
Lead your territory, manage the relationship, opportunities, relevant events, strategic information, and any other input that facilitates the company's positioning.
- Leads training sessions where, through consultative techniques, business needs are linked to use cases.
- Identifies compelling reasons why the client must act with a high sense of urgency to invest in a solution like the one offered.
- Has a panoramic view of the market, which is used to develop prioritization plans based on potential by industry, investment history in services, and affinity with the solution portfolio.
- Understands the client's value chain, their main market differentiators, as well as strategic challenges including the behavior of their competitors.
- Develops business relationships with decision-makers beyond the department in charge.
- Builds high-value proposals that include success stories, industry needs, and the team's technical knowledge.
- Applies the company's proprietary solution-selling methodology to drive the development of their opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Social Communicator.
Experience: Management of clients at all levels in different sectors of the economy, large companies, financial, Fintech, cooperative, and Services, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing these.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services sector and consultative sales.
Required technical knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, and management of CRM, Bizagi, Sales Force

- Skills to assertively identify client needs, generating new opportunities and closing new business. (Good handling of objections).
- Skills for the maintenance, management, and growth of accounts assigned in the portfolio.
- Excellent relationship building, creating and maintaining long-term client relationships. (External Client and Internal Client)
- Communication skills (Verbal and Non-verbal).
- Good ability to argue and persuade.
- High negotiation capacity, strategic focus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively.
