Account Manager (IT Service Company)

We are recruiting on behalf of an IT Service company in Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Self introduction to existing client
• Become PIC who build good relationship for any client assigned to her/him
• Understand & performing about each of clients Business process with SIGMATECH
• Generate & get clear requirements from existing client & inactive client to be activated
• Perform Negotiation on join date & rate card to client

Requirements:

• Minimal S1/S2
• Have the same experience as the applied role and experience in the workplace such as the SIGMATECH (IT Manage Service) industry
• Have good experience and skills in administration, coordination & communication
• Have good problem solving skills
• Have good client engagement skills
