Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in trading to support our clients on a daily basis. This role combines client relationship management, training, and hosting webinars, within a dynamic and international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the trading sector
• Provide personalized follow-up to build loyalty and grow the client relationship
• Train clients on the use of our trading tools and platforms
• Design and host webinars (product presentations, training sessions, market updates)
• Answer clients' technical and commercial questions
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, compliance) to ensure optimal client support
• Stay up to date on financial markets to enrich client conversations

Required profile

• Proven experience in trading, finance, or financial markets (Forex, CFD, equities, etc.)
• Experience in account management or a similar role
• Comfortable speaking publicly, with a real ability to train and simplify technical concepts
• Fluent English is essential
• French is a plus
• Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability with a variety of client profiles
• Comfortable using webinar tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
