Accounting & Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform consulting accounting-tax, auditing works related to M&A, enterprise restructure, due diligence, tax health check, valuation, etc.

• Monitor input and solve accounting issues to clients.

• Review clients reports: financial statements, tax report, statistic report, loan

  report and others.

• Analyze transactions and prepare accounting reports for clients.

• Report directly the accounting issues to Director.

• Monitor, manage and directly perform the audit services, including staff

  management, delegation of responsibilities of audit team.

• Conduct consulting to clients in accounting, auditing, tax, labor, wages and

  benefits, compulsory insurance, etc.

• Coordinate with Legal Department regarding contracts, investment, labor

  consultancy, loan reports, etc.

• Support and prepare transfer pricing report in accordance with the laws of

  Vietnam.

• Train and develop professional staff.

• Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by the Director.

  Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (or higher level) in Auditing, Accounting, Tax, Finance, etc.

• CPA Vietnam is a must

• ACCA, CPA Aus, Valuation Certificate are advantages

• Must have experience in consulting accounting-tax, auditing works related to

  M&A, enterprise restructure, due diligence, tax health check, valuation etc.

• At least 5 years of working experience in service company: Auditing, Accounting

  and Tax consulting

• Good English language capabilities.

• Management skills and team working.

• Ability to communicate and present well.

• Ability to create and maintain good client relationship.

• Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PP, ...) and accounting software.
