Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist to manage and optimize financial operations, including:
- Handling invoicing, AP/AR, and accounting with SaaS ACCURATE.
- Overseeing legal document management, petty cash, and tax compliance for payroll and invoices.
- Enhancing financial reporting with a focus on EBITDA and supporting sales revenue analysis and goal setting.
- Ensuring compliance with PPH tax and managing DGT documentation (preferred).
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of accounting & finance experience with hands on experience in Accounting book keeping (AR/AP), Invoicing, documentation & Legal knowledge is key to be successful in this role.
Proficiency in SaaS ACCURATE, strong knowledge of tax compliance, sales revenue analysis, and financial metrics like EBITDA.
Experience: Prior work in AP/AR, invoicing, and DGT documentation is a plus.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven with excellent communication skills.
