Accounting Intern - APAC

Job Description:

ANF Corp seeks a strategic initiative-taker to join our newly established marketing personalization team. This position will be instrumental in developing innovative and customer-centric strategies to bring our personalization vision to life on new channels and deliver significant value to our business.

This role reports into our Sr Accounting Manager and sits in our APAC Home Office in Shanghai, China

What you will bring

• Support AP payments in assigned focus and associated pay cycles.
• Support BOP Form preparation process for cross-border payment.
• Support T&E filing process for APAC region, including data mapping and reconciliation.
• Function as added contact for internal stakeholders via email, phone & in-person.
• Ensure manager assigned tasks are prompt and internal control requirements are met.
• Keep constantly evolving documentation of the current procedure.
• Identify & report trends & anomalies and process efficiency opportunities.
• Participation in calls related to the assigned subject matter.
• Other ad-hoc accounting team support upon manager’s request

Qualifications

• Major in Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred, or interested in developing career in Finance.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, other language will be plus.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Initiative-taker that drives for results in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others while balancing multiple tasks.
• Honesty, keen sense of responsibility, collaborative, effective communication skills
