Here in North Charleston, SC, Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC is writing an exciting chapter in Daimler’s history as we add the first U.S. van production plant for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, in addition to our existing assembly operation for Sprinter and METRIS vans. This internship will expose the team member to all levels in the organization to assist in building a resume that will allow the team member to become competitive in the job market.
Responsibilities\:
Mercedes-Benz Vans is looking for a Finance/Accounting intern. The applicant filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Internal controls implementation and verification
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assist in preparation of presentations
- Support the payment processing team
- Documentation of training materials
- Complete special projects as needed
