Accounting Manager

About the Role:

Highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, cash and inventory management, budgeting, reporting, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Cambodian financial and tax regulations and provide key insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory, taxation, and month-end closings

• Manage daily cash flow, POS reconciliation, and banking activities

• Ensure accurate sales reconciliation and resolve discrepancies

• Support inventory control and cost management

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Track KPIs and support decision-making with financial insights

• Coordinate internal and external audits

• Supervise and develop accounting staff; lead system implementation

Requirements:

• Cambodian national with a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA/ACCA/CA qualified or in progress preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in inventory or logistics-based businesses

• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and compliance

• Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus

Other Details:

• Working hours: Up to 44 hours/week (MondaySaturday AM), with occasional overtime
