Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and the supervision of the accounting team. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger activities.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
