ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST I

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to build a long-term career in accounting and finance. Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation using a three-way match process
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with purchasing, receiving, and production teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with special projects as directed
