You do not need years of dealership experience to succeed here.
If you have accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn modern systems, we can teach you the dealership side.
What You’ll Do
As part of our corporate accounting team, you will help support multiple franchised dealerships in a fast-paced but highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing and booking vehicle deals
- Reconciling bank statements and schedules
- Reconciling and submitting daily deposits
- Processing dealer trades
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Supporting month-end accounting processes
- Assisting title and inventory accounting functions
- Learning and utilizing modern dealership software systems
- Helping improve and streamline accounting processes
- Assisting the payroll function

Experience We Value
- Accounting, bookkeeping, banking, payroll, office administration, or finance experience
- Automotive dealership experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with modern software systems is a plus
- Payroll and/or office manager experience may qualify you for a more senior role
No college degree required.
