Title: Accounts & Compliance Manager (Accounting Expert)
Role Summary:
Accounts & Compliance Role (Core Finance – Media Billing
& Statutory) (Core Finance +
Compliance + Zoho + Audit Coordination.
To handle end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and
financial accuracy for the company. Campaign billing, agency coordination, GST
complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
The accounting/statutory expert will handle financial
finalization, audits, GST
Maintain books of accounts and ensure real-time accuracy
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance validation
Balance sheet review and financial finalization support
Coordinate with auditors and consultants
Handle compliance hearings and documentation
Ensure adherence to SOPs (vendor onboarding, expense
protocols, etc.)
Manage Zoho ecosystem (Books, CRM integrations)
Requirements
Experience: 3-4 years
Educational Qualification:
CA Inter / Article ship / Strong accounting background
Technical Skills:
Zoho (mandatory)
Strong accounting and compliance knowledge
