Our company imports, supplies, and distributes FMCG including various water bottles to B2B, supply chain, hospitality, events, marine, and B2C markets. We also offer customized private label solutions for corporate branding.
Job Summary
Join our team as an Admin Manager to lead office administration, supervise HR and admin staff, manage vendor relations, and drive efficient operational processes supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supplies, equipment, facilities, and maintain office cleanliness to ensure a productive work environment
- Supervise and train admin and HR staff while monitoring their performance and managing attendance and leave records
- Administer HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, managing leave records, recruitment coordination, and enforcing company policies
- Oversee office facilities management including maintenance, security, cleaning, repairs, and workplace safety compliance
- Obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to optimize purchasing and cost control
- Maintain contracts, licenses, insurance, and administrative documentation to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Monitor administrative expenses and prepare budgets and reports to support financial oversight
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management on administrative and operational matters
- Organize company events, meetings, training sessions, and staff activities to foster team engagement and communication
- Develop and improve office policies and administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in supervisory or management roles preferred
- Experience working in an SME environment preferred for handling multiple functions

- Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Working Place: Main Office at 10 Ang Mo Kio St 65 Techpoint
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
