Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Nearest MRT Station: Labrador Part MRT Station
Salary:
$14.23/hour for candidates with N/O/A Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec with relevant working experience, or Diploma with 0–2 years of experience
$17.05/hour for candidates with Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to provide administrative and coordination support for stakeholder engagements, communication activities, and data management. This role will involve coordinating meetings, supporting events, managing enquiries, and assisting with reports and data tracking.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules, including calendar arrangements and virtual meeting setups using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Support the planning and logistics arrangements for stakeholder sessions, forums, and consultation activities.
Manage incoming enquiries through shared mailboxes, including reviewing requests, drafting responses, and directing enquiries to the relevant parties.
Assist with basic data analysis by reviewing enquiry trends, compiling findings, and preparing reports or summaries.
Maintain tracking records for project timelines, key deliverables, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
Support the creation of communication materials such as simple infographics and presentation content.
Perform administrative duties including data entry, document collation, updating contact databases, and maintaining Excel records.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
Minimum GCE N/O/A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification.
Prior experience in administrative support, coordination, customer service, or stakeholder engagement will be advantageous.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Familiar with Excel functions such as filters, VLOOKUP, basic calculations, charts, and tables. Knowledge of pivot tables is an added advantage.
Able to work with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
