Votre Profil

Formation :

Vous disposez d’une formation Bac +2/3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, Licence Professionnelle).

Une certification Microsoft (MD-100, MS-100, etc.) serait un plus.

Expérience :

Vous avez minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

Compétences :

• Excellente maîtrise des environnements Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD)

• Maîtrise des scripts PowerShell pour l'administration O365

• Connaissance des outils de sécurité de messagerie (ex : Proofpoint)

• Compréhension des réseaux et des protocoles internet

• Sens du service et de la relation client

• Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et pédagogique

• Rigueur et organisation

• Autonomie et esprit d'initiative

• Capacité à travailler en équipe
