Administrative Ops Analyst
You will manage office operations and support the executive leadership with purchasing, supplier research, facilities, contracts, events, routine financial activities, travel, and scheduling. You will also organize documents and contracts and prepare drafts of commercial agreements and amendments with AI support for CFO review.
Responsibilities
- Manage the office's operational routine
- Budget for and arrange purchases and items requested by the executive leadership
- Research tools and suppliers for executive and office needs
- Organize logistics for internal initiatives and events
- Support routine financial activities, including expense control, payments, and expense reports
- Organize executive travel and schedules
- Support the preparation of commercial contract drafts, amendments, and contractual changes using Claude for later CFO review
- Maintain organized and controlled documents and contracts
- Provide administrative support for routine daily processes
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field
- Previous experience with mid-level administrative routines and autonomy to conduct similar tasks independently
- Organization, problem-solving ability, and prioritization skills
- Strong written communication, especially for formal documents
- Autonomy to manage demands of different types
