Affiliate BD Manager
You will develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners, including key opinion leaders, influencers, trading groups, websites, event organizers, and other companies, to be referred to OKX. You will build the business case for signing affiliates and partners to work with OKX online and at in-person events. You will build relationships with affiliates and partners, negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution. You will also develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve the performance of existing affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners with audiences and communities to be referred to OKX
- Build the business case for signing affiliates and partners to work with OKX online and at in-person events
- Build relationships with affiliates and partners, negotiate commercial terms, and facilitate contract execution
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns
- Improve the performance of existing affiliates
Requirements
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the digital asset space or a related sector
- Existing books of affiliates preferred
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Results oriented and comfortable with interpreting performance data
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or others
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
