Affiliate BD Manager
You will develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns and build new affiliate networks while improving existing affiliate performance. You will expand local influencer resources that bring trading users and revenue to the platform, identify prospective affiliates, optimize business-development strategies and conversion actions, and analyze user behavior and business trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
- Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Understanding of affiliate customer-acquisition KPIs and optimization methods
- Fluency in Mandarin
