Affiliate Business Development Manager CIS

You will grow the affiliate network across the CIS region by identifying and attracting KOLs, influencers, trading schools, and other partners. You will build partner relationships, analyze affiliate performance, monitor market and competitor activity, and collaborate with product teams to optimize offerings and attract quality users.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new affiliates, including KOLs, influencers, and trading schools
• Build and maintain partner relationships aligned with business objectives
• Analyze affiliate performance data to scale partnerships and inform decisions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerings and attract quality users

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Experience in affiliate or business development roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations
