Affiliate / Publisher Account Manager (In-House VPN Brand, Streaming and Entertainment Traffic)

We are an international tech team with an in-house, highly optimized VPN product. We have developed a high-converting web-to-app subscription funnel, that shows outstanding retention and rebill rates.

We are launching a private affiliate program with an innovative monetization tool designed specifically for streaming and entertainment traffic. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate / Publisher Account Manager who has an established network of webmasters in the movie, sports broadcasting, and entertainment streaming niches to help us scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Publisher Acquisition: Hunt, negotiate with, and onboard owners of high-traffic streaming, movie, and live sports websites (global traffic focus).

Onboarding & Support: Maintain close communication with webmasters, helping them launch our private monetization tools on their platforms.

Traffic Quality Control: Monitor performance metrics via our tracking platform (Alanbase), enforce strict anti-fraud measures, and evaluate traffic quality based on cohort rebill KPIs.

Payout Management: Manage webmaster accounts, review performance, and handle weekly/bi-weekly payout approvals.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Publisher AM, or Business Development Manager within an Ad Network (Pop/Native/Banner) or a CPA network.

Network & Contacts: An active portfolio or direct contacts of webmasters in the Streaming, Entertainment, or Torrent niches. You must know how to reach these publishers directly.

Tech-Savviness: Clear understanding of how CPA/CPL models work, tracking platforms (Alanbase/Affise/Scaleo), and S2S postbacks.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for dealing with international webmasters.

Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working with high-volume entertainment traffic.
