Agent Deployment Manager
About the Role
This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage AI company building purpose-built agents for the sea and air freight industry. You'll own the full deployment lifecycle for enterprise customers — from signed contract through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout — and the playbooks you build will become the foundation for onboarding many more customers to come.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise freight forwarders, managing kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.
Map customer workflows and configure AI agents by working directly with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations in close partnership with engineering and product.
Feed customer insights back to the product team to inform roadmap decisions and improvements.
Build repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that compress time-to-value and enable team scaling.
Drive change management and operator training to turn skeptical users into confident AI champions.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in B2B environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end enterprise deployment lifecycles, including coordinating across multiple stakeholders and delivering on schedule.
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture — APIs, databases, and system integrations — plus hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Proven ability to navigate complex organisations, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences and produce documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.
Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or hands-on software development is a valuable asset.
Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is a plus.
Local work authorisation in Germany required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Berlin, Germany — hybrid. Berlin office preferred, with flexibility on remote days.
