Enable organizational agility by creating the conditions and alignment for change
Collaborates negotiates and positively influences leadership and team members across all levels of the organization
Become a consultant for individuals or organizations to remove organization/process blockers
Creates and conducts coaching and training (Related to Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, etc)
Implementation of Agile Framework in Organizations
Able to showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Cadence

Having 3-5 years of experience in scrum, kanban, and agile cadence
All background, preferred has to background IT
Tech Savvy
Have a growth mindset and have a strong strategic and creative mind
Having Agile certification is an advantage
Familiar with tools such as JIRA, TRELLO, MIRO, CLOCKIFY, Google
Workspace and Slack is an advantage
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Comfortable with Hybrid working environment
Live in Jabodetabek is preferable
