What are we looking for?
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM);
- Product Owner certification (PSPO I or CSPO);
- Configuration and analysis of simple reports and indicators;
- Identification of direct causal relationships between team practices and impacts on team delivery/efficiency;
- Support for conducting basic training at the Agile Competence Center.
