AI Engineer – QA & Regression

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer – QA & Regression with 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation to support quality validation across our AI-enabled application landscape. This role combines traditional QA practices with AI-driven testing methodologies to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of modern cloud-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, regression validation, API testing, and test automation, along with an interest in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience performing manual, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
• Experience building and maintaining automated regression test suites.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing platforms, intelligent test generation, or self-healing automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Experience testing cloud-based and AI-enabled applications.
