Summary: The AI Engineer role involves driving the adoption of generative AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, throughout the organization to enhance operational effectiveness and innovation. This position is crucial for integrating digital solutions into the company's transformation strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
You will design, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI tools like ChatGPT, enabling diverse business teams to derive maximum value from AI solutions for a wide range of use cases.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions including technical, business, and corporate teams to identify opportunities, requirements, and success criteria for effective GenAI adoption.
You will plan, create, and deliver engaging training sessions, demos, and educational resources, acting as a go-to expert to empower employees in the practical use of generative AI technologies.
You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive documentation, best practice guides, and support materials to ensure consistent and responsible use of GenAI tools across the organization.
You will proactively explore emerging GenAI tools and advancements, evaluating their potential and piloting innovative use cases that drive digital transformation within the company.
You will foster a collaborative environment, sharing insights, discoveries, and methodologies that accelerate team learning and cross-functional integration of AI solutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) working with large language models such as ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools.
Experience in designing instructional content, technical writing, or conducting workshops.
Experience working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering in Python environments.
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and applications.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the AI domain, particularly with ChatGPT Enterprise.
Demonstrated ability in training, education, or instructional design.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices and compliance.
