Salary: $140k - $160k p.a. + ESOP + L&D Budget

The Role
Own and ship end-to-end product systems focused on growth or revenue, using AI tools to deliver measurable impact.

• Own and deliver end-to-end product systems (not just features or tickets)
• Work on growth or monetisation funnels (acquisition, conversion, ads, revenue)
• Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) to build faster and smarter
• Ship continuously and iterate based on real data + measurable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to execute high-impact ideas

Your Profile
A product-minded, senior full-stack engineer from a startup or high-ownership environment who already started shipping real features and uses AI to move fast.

• AI-native or product-focused engineer who has owned AND shipped real features end-to-end; Proof of goal, what was built and the measurable outcome.
• Background in startups or high-ownership environments
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, and some data (SQL, analytics, etc.)
• Strong communicator with commercial thinking (cares about outcomes > code)
• Already using or highly comfortable with AI tools in your development workflow; Claude Code, Cursor, etc
