AI Security Manager

Position: AI Security Architect

Job Function: Information Technology – Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Lead the organisation’s AI security strategy, architecture, controls, and risk management. Protect AI systems, copilots, and agentic platforms from emerging threats while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement AI security strategy and secure-by-design architecture.

* Establish controls aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, IMDA and MAS requirements.

* Secure GenAI, AI agents, ML pipelines, copilots and automation platforms.

* Implement controls against prompt injection, data exfiltration, deepfakes, AI phishing and synthetic identity fraud.

* Lead AI red-teaming, adversarial testing and vulnerability remediation.

* Integrate AI threat detection with SIEM/SOC and incident-response processes.

* Manage AI security risks, vendors, security tools and continuous improvement.

* Provide technical leadership and executive-level security reporting.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.

* 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML Security or MLSecOps.

* Hands-on experience securing production AI/GenAI, agentic systems or ML pipelines.

* CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification.

* Strong knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
