AI Software Engineer
You will optimize machine learning models for efficient use on edge devices and in high-traffic cloud environments. You will deploy models through high-performance APIs, build and maintain scalable inference frameworks, and refactor research code into reliable, maintainable production software alongside AI scientists.
Responsibilities
- Optimize machine learning models using pruning, quantization, and distillation.
- Deploy models through high-performance APIs and integrate them into the software ecosystem.
- Build and maintain machine learning inference frameworks at scale.
- Refactor research code into production-grade, maintainable software with AI scientists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent university experience focused on machine learning systems and distributed computing.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in Docker.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with vector databases, including Pinecone and Weaviate.
- Experience with CI/CD for machine learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
