Aircraft Ground Support Technician
Key Responsibilities
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections on aircraft systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions on ground support equipment.
• Support aircraft launch and recovery operations.
• Monitor aircraft systems and report technical anomalies.
• Assist in fault isolation and diagnostics using technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and airworthiness requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers, flight crews, and logistics personnel.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Aviation, Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or ground support operations.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, electrical and mechanical subsystems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using diagnostic and test equipment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and support field deployments when required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Military aviation or UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) experience.
• EASA Part-66, CAAS, FAA, or equivalent aviation maintenance certification.
• Experience with Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Familiarity with safety management systems and maintenance quality procedures.
• Experience supporting flight testing and operational deployments.
