Salary:$700 – $900 USD/month

Role Summary
The Amazon Catalog Manager ensures Chai Vision’s products are accurately represented, fully optimized, and effectively localized across Amazon’s international marketplaces. The role maintains high-quality product listings, improves discoverability through keyword optimization, and enhances the customer experience through compelling content, images, and A+ Content.
By driving catalog excellence across the UK and EU markets, this position supports Chai Vision’s growth strategy while reflecting our customer-obsessed approach, commitment to operational efficiency, and dedication to delivering a consistent, trusted brand experience across all regions and languages.
What You’ll Do
Catalog Strategy
- Develop and execute catalog strategies that improve product discoverability, keyword rankings, and organic visibility across Amazon UK and EU marketplaces.
- Define localization and content optimization strategies for Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and other expansion markets.
- Establish standards and processes for listing quality, content consistency, and catalog governance across all marketplaces.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition through enhanced search visibility and improve conversion through optimized content and assets.
- Prioritize catalog initiatives based on business goals, marketplace requirements, and performance opportunities.
Execution & Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and product attributes.
- Manage the creation, update, and maintenance of Amazon listings, variations, and catalog structures.
- Optimize product images, infographics, A+ Content (EBC), and storefront content to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor keyword indexing and organic rankings, implementing actions to improve visibility and search performance.
- Coordinate and execute listing localization across multiple European languages and marketplaces.
Catalog Health & Platform Ownership
- Own Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central catalog management and ensure data accuracy across all marketplaces.
- Use tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics to drive optimization decisions.
- Oversee catalog health, listing suppression monitoring, indexing status, and content compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for catalog management and localization.
Performance Reporting
- Track and report on keyword rankings, indexing coverage, impressions, sessions, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular catalog audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze listing performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor marketplace and competitor activity to identify emerging trends and optimization opportunities.
Collaboration & Brand Building
- Partner with Creative, Content, Product, and Marketplace teams to develop and maintain high-performing listing assets.
- Collaborate with translation and localization partners to ensure content accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Work closely with Product Managers and marketplace stakeholders to support product launches and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging, imagery, and content across UK and EU marketplaces.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of experience in Amazon catalog/listing management, marketplace operations, or eCommerce content optimization.
- You thrive in high-growth, multi-brand environments and are both strategic and execution-driven.
- You are comfortable managing multilingual content and coordinating localization across EMEA & APAC marketplaces (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UAE, and others).
- You have a strong grasp of Amazon SEO, keyword indexing, A+ Content, and conversion optimization.
- You are collaborative, organized, and outcome-focused, with strong attention to detail.
- You communicate clearly with creative, product, and localization partners across time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings and catalogs, ideally across international marketplaces.
- Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, keyword optimization, and A+ Content creation.
- Experience coordinating listing localization and translation across multiple European markets is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with catalog and research tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics.
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort working UK business hours.
