Analyst GIP Human Resources
You analyze HR data, handle confidential compensation and talent information, support HR business partner projects, prepare executive materials, maintain Workday reporting accuracy, assist early careers programs, support annual talent processes, and translate workforce trends into recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize HR data across hiring, attrition, promotions, performance, compensation, and carried interest
- Handle confidential compensation, performance, and talent data
- Contribute to HR Business Partner and Talent projects
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on analytics and reporting
- Develop presentations and executive summaries
- Support Workday reporting and data accuracy
- Assist with early careers programs and program logistics
- Support objective setting, performance reviews, promotions, mobility, and succession planning
- Coordinate and communicate talent initiatives
- Identify talent trends and develop recommendations
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
- Improve HR processes and reporting
- Use AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and workflows
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, consulting, strategy, investment banking, compensation, or people analytics
- Experience in a data-driven analytical environment
- Interest in talent management and workforce planning
- Quantitative analysis and Excel skills
- Experience manipulating large datasets
- Executive-ready PowerPoint presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Workday or other HR systems experience is a plus
- Critical thinking and judgment
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Experience with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
