Our Regional & Agribusiness Banking team partners with commercial clients (turnovers $3M–$150M) to deliver tailored financial solutions that drive sustainable growth.
An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available. As an Analyst, you’ll support Relationship Executives on a range of credit deals and build strong client relationships along the way, and will be focussed on writing credit papers for a portfolio of diversified commercial clients.
Whether you're local to the ACT, Batemans Bay, Bega or Merimbula area – or ready to make the move to the ACT – we'd love to hear from you if you bring Credit Analysis or Accounting experience.
What you’ll do
Conduct financial modelling and credit analysis using market-leading tools
Write and submit credit papers while meeting banker/client needs and within CommBank’s policies.
Partner with Relationship Executives to understand customer needs
Research industries and maintain customer insights
Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend proactive solutions
Build strong internal and external relationships
About the team
You’ll join a diverse team of ~10 Analysts and Account Managers who are passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting each other’s growth.
What you’ll bring
Experience analysing financial statements and complex credit deals - this could be from Credit/Banking background or accounting, broking or re-structuring experience.
A curious, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn

A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
