Analyst, Revenue Insights & Analytics
The Agency Monetization team is responsible for sales performance reporting, budget pacing, and trend analysis across NBCUniversal's advertising business. The team works across linear, digital, advanced/programmatic, Sports, and major tentpole events. The team serves as a key resource to the business providing ad-hoc metrics reports and proactively gathering and presenting information to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, in a deadline-driven environment.
NBCUniversal is seeking a passionate, organized, and highly effective individual to join the Revenue Optimization & Agency Monetization team. This is an exciting early-career opportunity that will work closely with Strategic Planning and Agency Partnerships teams to support sales reporting, portfolio analysis, and business performance insights across NBCUniversal's advertising portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, reconcile, and distribute recurring sales performance reports and insights
- Analyze and report on key business metrics, including cash pacing, liabilities, stewardship obligations, barter agreements, and sales options
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Client Strategy, and Monetization teams to support portfolio reporting and analytical needs
- Develop presentations and reporting materials to communicate performance trends and business insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one (1+) year experience in media sales environment
- Basic understanding of media math
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Characteristics
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
- Relevant experience in Ad Sales planning and/or finance is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
- Team-oriented and motivated with flexibility to work effectively under pressure, within a group or independently
- Solid interpersonal skills, focused on cultivating and growing strong internal relationships
- Intermediate skills in analytics systems preferred (Sintec, Microstrategy, SFDC, etc.)
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to draw connections & make hypothesis based on available data
Additional Requirements
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
