Analytics AI Engineer

You design and build LLM-powered systems that improve products and customer experiences. You evaluate models through experimentation and benchmarking, refine prompts and deployment practices, analyze large datasets, define KPIs, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. You also use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered systems

• Define and track KPIs
• Translate analytical findings into product and business recommendations
• Use AI-assisted development tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering or a combined data analytics and AI role
• Experience with LLMs prompt engineering fine-tuning and model evaluation pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
• Knowledge of MCP database agents and semantic views or YAMLs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital assets fintech or Web3
