Analytics Engineer
Limassol, Cyprus.
At PayDepot we build several B2B and B2C fintech products, including payment infrastructure, crypto services and financial platforms. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Analytics Engineer who will help transform data into actionable insights and build reliable data infrastructure to support product and business decisions.
What you will do
Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and reporting
Build and maintain data models and data marts
Monitor data quality, consistency and integrity across systems
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to define analytics requirements
Automate recurring reporting and data workflows
What we expect
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer
Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
Understanding of data modeling principles and data warehouse concepts
Experience working with large datasets and optimizing query performance
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, banking, payments or crypto products
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt or similar orchestration tools
Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
Experience with event-based analytics and product metrics
STEM degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar)
