Application Management Support Specialist
Job Description:
- Responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
- You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role.
- Drive the implementation of efficient software development processes to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that align with project goals and business requirements.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance software delivery and performance.
Requirements:
- Technical Requirements: Avaloq Developer in Avaloq development and parameterization in Avaloq Core Platform, ICE, Release Management.
- Certification: Avaloq Core Certified Professional (ACCP) preferred but can be optional
- Experience: 1-3 years work experience as an Avaloq developer.
- Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Build Management and Design & Build Enablement is suggested.
