Application Support Engineer

Salary: $80k - $130k p.a.

The Role
As the Application Support Engineer, you will provide technical support across business applications, ERP, CRM, and web-based systems, ensuring timely issue resolution, system reliability, and a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

• Provide Level 2 support for business applications, ERP, CRM, web applications, and related systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, and integration issues to meet service levels.
• Manage incidents and support tickets, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to enhance system performance, stability, and reliability.
• Administer user access, security settings, system configurations, and application changes.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders while maintaining documentation, knowledge sharing, and end-user support.

Systems include

• Custom Power Apps
• Custom .NET IIS SQL applications with multiple integrations
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Annata and Precision Forms (Reporting)
• Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot and Resco (CRM)
• Prophix (Financial Reporting)

Your Profile

• Dynamics 365 support experience is advantageous.
• 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, web applications or SQL-backed business systems.
• Experience working in an IT Operations or service delivery environment with ticket ownership, prioritisation and customer communication responsibilities.
