Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting laboratory enterprise applications with moderate independence. Provides working knowledge to resolve incidents, analyze problems, and recommend improvements to workflows and processes. Ensures compliance with IT standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Develops solutions that enhance system performance, improve user experience, and support operational efficiency. Coordinates with stakeholders to translate requirements into system functionality and ensure successful implementation.


Essential Functions

• Configures, maintains, and supports enterprise applications across clinical, financial, or administrative domains.

• Analyzes application issues, identifies root causes, and recommends sustainable solutions.

• Performs daily system monitoring, audits, and data integrity reviews.

• Develops and executes test scenarios for functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Collaborates with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

• Participates in requirements gathering and translates business needs into technical specifications.

• Prepares detailed documentation, workflows, and training materials for application processes.

• Supports compliance with IT governance, data security, and regulatory requirements.

• Provides input on service improvements and process optimization opportunities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree


Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Physical Demands
