Applied AI Engineer

You will own the technical vision and execution for AI products. You will build candidate-job recommendation systems, design AI agents for recruiter and operations workflows, fine-tune models on proprietary hiring data, and create evaluation and simulation environments to improve match quality. You will work directly with the founder to define priorities, architecture, and future technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Build recommendation systems that predict candidate-job fit

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience shipping full-stack AI or LLM features in production
• Proficiency with LLM APIs
• Proficiency with embeddings
• Proficiency with vector databases
• Proficiency with fine-tuning
• Experience in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment
